“In order to gain clarity sometimes, you have to declutter.”-me.
This past weekend I spent some time clearing out my closet. For the past few months, I’ve been really fascinated with the idea of minimalism. The idea of being intentional about everything that’s in my life. One of my favorite quotes on the subject manner is:
“Minimalism is not the lack of something, it’s the perfect amount of something.”
No more buying stuff for the sake of having more stuff around. Hello, closet filled with ish I don’t even wear anymore. Now my goal is to purchase items that are absolutely perfect for me. Which means if I have to spend a few more dollars to get one quality, “I can’t live without this” item, then so be it. I am on a quest to stop buying whatever fast fashion catches my eye and stuffing my closet to the brim just to wear the label fashionista. No more clothes with tags still on them hanging or things I wore once. I want a closet filled with items that I wear over and over again because every item is swoon-worthy. I toyed around with the idea of incorporating it into my style by rocking Capsule Wardrobe this summer and legit loved it. So as I move towards a more intentional closet and lifestyle—I decided to do a bit of a purge.
Here’s where you come in! All of those cute little dresses + outfits you see on the blog can be yours! Most of the stuff in my closet has only been worn once or still have the tags on it. So if you’ve been eyeing a look here on #NRJ you can buy it for half the price. Check out my eBay store and shop my closet! Here are some pieces that will be in the store.
